Yesterday, I went to go see “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1” and I must say that I was blown away. With the 3D revolution occurring, the effects in the movie were stunning, so stunning and realisitic, that the amusement and excitement leave you exhausted by the time the movie is over. Out of all of the Harry Potter movies that have been released, this one has got to be the best out of all of them. Considering the fact that they had 2 hrs. and 27 mins. to make a movie on half of the book, they literally put in everything that was vital to show in the film. Usually, they either or cut or replace important events and they leave you dissapointed but this one definitely does not leave that effect on any Harry Potter fan whose read the books, including myself. Here’s a quick summary of the movie before I conclude my movie review:
As Voldemort’s power keeps increasing, the more in danger Harry is in. When Dumbledore left him the task to kill the seven horcruxes in the 6th film, Hermione and Ron decided to accompany him on his perilous journey. But to do this, they cannot attend their last year at Hogwarts, because You-Know-Who will find them. So the famous trio go venture on their quest as they encounter problems such as battling death eaters, or gaps in their knowledge between friendships that help them retain the information they need or how to not quit when the going gets tough. But then they are also faced with problems with their friendship. As they encounter near death experiences or romantic moments, the three learn to stick together and the true definition of friendship. Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, and Emma Watson exhibit star performances in this film and it is definitely the holiday movie.
